We’re not Amazon but we try to get our stuff out quick! That means, it you place an order, in some cases it may be packed and shipped within 15-30 mins. Once we mail the item, it’s with the shipping provider and there is often no way to get it back until it arrives to you! In some cases, such as Domestic Express (FedEx, UPS) we may be able to cancel (or auto-return) the shipment. IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED
In most cases, if your order has already shipped, you can mail it back to us and once it arrives back safely in the original, unopened, undamaged condition, we will then refund you the total cost of your items (minus the original shipping). To make sure nothing gets lost, please ship it back with a fully tracked shipping method. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for our returns address & to start the returns process! You must start the return process and ship the item back within 14 days of the delivery date.
